ClickMonopoly Problem

Ok guys, this is what happend to me on clickmonopoly. I registered two ads for 39 bucks each maybe 3 days ago. Yesterday I went back to manage and check on my ads and they are not there. They want me to create and pay for another ad. What gives? Have I been tricked or is this how clickmonopoly works? Any help would be great. Thank you

The way it works is this.

You paid for 1 ad for 1 year $39.95
You requested a rebate which was paid back to you Feb 16

So far you spent 0

From day 22

As offered when you signed up for the Plug-In Profit Site, when you sign up and activate (pay $39.95) for your first ad on ClickMonopoly, I will rebate your $39.95 by PayPal. This gives you 1 full year of effective advertising for free!

It sounds as though you may be confused. Maybe because of this 2nd ad you are trying to pay for (which would not be rebated) so now you are going to pay again.

Please go back and read the directions again. If you still can't see your ad(s) contact the helpdesk.

Yea they sent me 39 dollars back for the first one. But I bought a second one just so I get more advertising and I know you dont get that money back. But what is unclear to me is that I cant manage my ads. So do I contact PIPS help desk or clickmonopoly ?
