We pipster know that it is recommended to start blog along with your plugin business because of seo purpose and of coz interaction with potential leads. But I know most people are blinded by the get rich quick smoke and do not really know or do not really have the interest to run the blog properly. Then you're WRONG! I have written an article on my recently stating clearly the top 10 mistakes that bloggers should avoid to boost their internet business. Here are two examples: Lazy To Update It happens! Every human err, don’t we? Sometimes the lazy worm just creeps and you just don’t feel like you don’t want to see your blog again and you give excuses like you have mental block for the day, for month and for the entire year. Well, if you’re not going to update your blog on a constant basis, you’re going to lose your readers faster than you can imagine. Tell me honestly, would you be bothered to check back on a blog which last update was dated a few month back? Work around a blogging schedule that you are comfortable with, be it 1 post per week or 5 posts a day. As long as it is consistent, you’re going to up your reputation and readership quickly. Turning Your Blog Into A Supermarket I know you want to make as much money as you can online but DO NOT try to sell everything you can find on your blog. Otherwise, your readers could have gone to the super mart instead. If you’re running an affiliate program, pick your products wisely (PIPS in this case) and focus your goal clearly on that one product first. Until you find success, only then will you branch out to other stuff. You may head over to my blog Make Money Online | Make Money Blogging to read the rest of them. Thanks and good luck to everyone in handling their business blog! |

It'svery true what you say here Ben, I have been unable to maintain my blog properly the last couple of weeks and as a result I have fallen off page 1 google to page 6......I bet it takes longer to get back to page 1 than it did to fall off it. Graham |
