Hi...I recently joined the plug in coop, then shortly after joining, I received an email from a customer who says she ordered the "automated wealth system course" for $7.00. I am not sure what this is that she ordered exactly. She said her credit card was charged but she had not received anything about how to access the course. She checked her spam and junk folders for an email notification as well. I did not receive any notification of any orders placed through my site. How can I help this person? Is there a way to track her order and get her the product she ordered? I appreciate your help! Thanks, Jennifer

Tell her to use her receipt, Paypal, Clickbank or bank statement to find out who the merchant is and contact them directly - the bank statement will usually have a toll-free number for every charge. If you are using PIPS you are not handling any sales transactions directly (unless you have something you are doing on your own or apart from PIPS). The affiliate programs or merchants will handle all payments and order fulfillment for you. No one can help anyone with a payment transaction other than the company that processed the payment. PIPS is a free program - we do recommend products and services, but we do not accept payments or handle any payment transactions, commissions or refunds. It is one thing to find a debit on your bill for something you did not order - (just file a dispute with your bank to have it removed -- but what really amazes me is like this one where they actually ordered it and don't know from where or who to contact. |

Disregard the spammer 'Customer Support' - They have no association with PlugInProfitSite and would not be able to provide assistance with any of the programs or services we recommend. The PlugInProfitSite 'Customer Support' is the helpdesk - http://www.pluginprofitsite.com/helpdesk Every affiliate program and/or resource that is recommended by Stone Evans also has their own customer support/helpdesk. Please stop advertising in this forum, 'Customer Support'. You will find yourself banned from the Warrior Forum if you continue. |
