Ezine Articles!!

Hello all,

What do you make of this -
my article was rejected because:-

"We do not accept blatant self-promotion in the summary of your article. This includes listing your URL, Company Name, or Author Name.

Please edit your article to remove all self-promotion in the Summary, and resubmit for Editorial Review."

So what are we supposed to enter in the resource box now? What is allowed?

Hi Barb,

It looks like they are referring to your article summary, not the resource box.

What did your article summary have in it?

You are quite right, it was the summary they were referring to and something that I had overlooked.

You can promote anything in your resource box, however I have found EzineArticles to be very strict with any promotion AT ALL in the body of the article or summary!

I too have been caught by this - just dont do it again! (naughty girl....lol)
