T.V. Advertisement This may not be for everyone because it is expensive, but my ROI was beyond my expectations. In November 2011 I contracted a cable company in my area, brighthouse.com, to run one text advertisement, on the local news channel. The run was for December 2011 and my overhead was $1,581.00. My ROI? A bit short of 7K. Not the best in terms of money according to some experts, but not bad considering that I also built the largest list of targeted subs in my lifetime. Thing is.. I can't run another ad until I expand my resources. Truth is, that ad sent way too much traffic to my dedicated servers and crashed a lot of my servers. Honestly, the first 72 hours, forced me to lease two additional servers. Really cut into my overhead. Like I said, this may not be for everyone, but I thought I would share it with you all - now that it all is finished - until next Christmas anyway. Jeffery 100% :-) |
Re: T.V. Advertisement Hi, Jeffery: What did you advertise? GT :) |

Re: T.V. Advertisement As they say, if you take massive action you'll get massive results. It looks to me like TV advertising had great results. I'm thinking it needs to be well planned out before attempted. Good job Jeffery ;) |

Re: T.V. Advertisement TV ads can be a great way to advertise your website or opportunity but it can get very expensive. If you have the funds and are able to lose it if it does not produce results, then go for it. On the other hand, TV ads can bring you the best business and lots of it. |

Re: T.V. Advertisement http://cdn.warriorforum.com/images/icons/tip.gif In my case the target market was the 'blue-collar worker' that needed to save money during the Christmas season. One of the PIPS streams of income.. Hint.. coupons http://cdn.warriorforum.com/images/smilies/cool.gif My marketing model has never been discussed here (to my knowledge), but I will say that I do NOT market "opportunities". Re: T.V. Advertisement Hi Jeffrey, Well done! What I like the most is you took one of the PIPS programs and broke it down into an even smaller niche, came up with a plan of attack, excuted that plan and made money. Wash, rinse, repeat :) Take care Jeff Casmer |
Re: T.V. Advertisement Congrats! - I would love to do something like that in some years to come, I bet it boosts sales over 500% easy - Well done! |

Yes, you hit the nail on the head about taking a PIPS program (not a product) and made money. Here is the interesting thing about the program vs. a product. My list saves money on products through the program! Example.. One of my clients called us last week and asked for a special discount on a specific product. She needed three each. Her wholesale outlet would save her $33. We ended up saving her $135 on the products throgh the program. Total overhead for that transaction was $1.66. Profit is $28.34. She was so excited because this was for a charity event and her savings allowed for her to purchase other things that were previously out of their budget. We were thrilled as well because the charity is also one of my personal favorites > feeding the hungry. Jeffery 100% :-) |

Re: T.V. Advertisement It's expensive and effective really but also not possible for mine. cause I'm also a little marketer. But It's really a good idea for marketers. Thanks to all, who discuss about this topic here. |
Re: T.V. Advertisement Sounds very effective and good returns. I feel it gives you that needed credibility too and more eyeballs. Congrats overall and i hope to do it as well at some future date, only am just starting out so TV wont be the first thing I do. Well done |
