I did a short blog post with a 2:25 video explaining Twitter so anyone can understand it...

I also emailed my lists referring them back to the post url. You might want to watch this video and do the same to your own blog and mailing list.

The video is from You Tube so you can post it on your blog.

I view this as part of the relationship building part of my business as I am not trying to sell anything and am just being helpful.
