Only 1 URL index, 424 submitted?

Was looking in my webmaster tools the other day and I see that only 1 url is in google's index yet 424 were submitted? I'm slightly confused as it has been this way for awhile. Not sure what to do...

Backlinking in 2015

I think we all can agree that buying backlinks as we know it is gone. In 2015, in your opinion, is it possible to buy quality backlinks as PART of your SEO ranking strategy.

Really wasn't trying to start a firestorm. Maybe "promise" was the wrong word. Was just curious as to see if members had success with that specific technique since I'm interested in it.

Anyone know any good youtube rank checker? There's one out but it's only for windows. I'm looking to check my youtube rankings without wasting all morning like I just did.

I actually use both. Start out with PPC and tweak daily, since FB tells you your CPC daily. Once you get a good CTR then go to impressions.
