Have you tried to run any paid ads on it?

Have you found any affiliates to do the promotion?

Those would be the first two steps I wold take..

Forget about adsense and it's lower payouts, if you can afford to go without payment, then just go with cpa/affiliate offer promotion..

As long as you are doing it with arbitrage model, yes they are still super popular, if you get clicks from ads at 30 cents and if you are averaging slightly higher EPC, then you would do it all day...
