Don't delete them.
If those pages are in Google SERPs or have been posted on social media, those links will lead to 404 or "dead" and removed pages, which isn't a good.

I'm a copywriter by profession and yes, creating titles suck. You'd spend an hour thinking about the title, and spend 30 minutes writing a 500-word article.
