Well what I mostly pick is per thousand impressions. I have an entertainment website so click through rate is great there. However, if you are a real business and focus on sales instead of branding...

It would be a landing page issue, but as you have already mentioned that your users get to the contact page; it can be a issue there. There can be a technical issue or your contact page needs...
