Without coding you may have a tough time doing that. You may be able to download enough plugins to make it work as you want but it will probably make your site fat and slow.

Not trying to be negative, but I think you need a bit of work. The layout is not very good , the background image is poorly implemented, the masthead? looks like something from the 90s. As content...
