I've seen success with maxbounty by setting up an optin landing page and after the user opts in send them to your CPA offer. On your landing page make sure your messaging is targeted.

I think it is correct. Two days ago I drove traffic and the CPC was .03 per click. Maybe they have reduced the minimum CPC.

I would suggest you advertise on Bing. It's one of the top search engines with reliable traffic and it's cheaper than Google Adwords.
