PO Boxes are not allowed. A few years back people used to get away with using the physical address at the Fed Ex store or Mail Etc. Well, Google got smart to that too.

For a small/midsize town, $300 is a pretty average going rate. You can charge more for clients that have more to gain. Laser Eye Sugery Folks, Lawyers,etc.
