If I were you I will not do that, they quality of link pointing to that domain will vanished eventually and they are not that big help.

Better create a new related site using the domain , then...

I am doing seo from last 5years . I have like only 1 seo technique best to build ranking fastest by content post on website and another site also. This will help to build more fast ranking.
