You could send a dmca notice to the website owner (whois search) and also to their hosting company if they don't reply. Most website owners take action quickly when shown legal forms.

If you have an original content and its copied by others and if you have a removal request sooner or later google will remove it from index.

Someone once stole our entire subpages content and used it to sell their own stuff, we found it on plagspotter.com and hounded him until he took it down, was a lot faster than the Google Copyright...

If someone copies your site it wouldn't ruin your young blog.

Google is smart enough to know which site produced it before. Otherwise it's just too easy to take down competitors, right?

Unfortunately this is something that happens more than most would think. And it's a giant headache trying to DMCA / contact Google every time someone duplicates your content.

Don't worry if you have submitted removal request , Google will review it. Meanwhile please sent an mail to the admin of that website and copyright issue or take the help of DMCA.
