My own thoughts on these types of deals are that if they truly had confidence you'd make money they'd arrange to get a percentage of what you make not give an upfront fee, but that could just be me....

If you can offer it in a pdf as well that would be a bonus. A lot of people don't want to invest the time and energy in watching video. Also file sizes tend to be pretty big. You will get more buyers...
