Maybe it will take a bit of time or maybe they are not updated on Webmaster yet. Check on Ahrefs once and if they are indexed on google then no need to worry.

Links need to be cached by google and it takes lots of time before they are available in WMT. Ahrefs will show you all the latest links to your site. You can submit the link to google to get it...

Who cares.

If you know the link exist and the backlink page Google cache (text version) shows a followed link that's all that matters.

Google has never shown 100% of any backlink profile.

Why would you even have multiple site maps. A sitemap is a sort of "one source of truth" if you will. I've never heard of having more than one sitemap.
