The only thing the top 5-10 websites have proved is the ability to rank on the first page of the search results for one keyword. That says nothing about their conversion rate for sales page to order...

First lets just all get this out and in the open traffic exchanges only bring in traffic they do not bring in nothing else. So why you spend hours clicking and clicking anc clicking away on others...
