For my business, backlinks that require such services, to be indexed, are not worth having in the first place. Your mileage may vary.

Alexa is correct. Your main keyword should be first, if it can make sense that way. Adding an extra "fill word" at the end is preferred.

Yes, definitely.

For SEO purposes, it's much better to have the additional letters/words after the main keyword than before. This issue's pretty much black and white, I believe.

When your site's brand new, anything can "upset" Google enough to produce a "Google dance", but those are temporary and you'll bounce back from it.

You don't need to worry about being "sandboxed"....
