Seo Spyglass can check the links of a site including LOTS of data including anchor text and PR of each link page. For thousands though, you may need the paid version.

Scapebox is a tool that can check a bulk amount of sites and grab the PR, OBLs, etc. It's a powerful tool that will be really helpful down the line.

Did you even try this? Obviously not.

To the OP, you can use Traffic Travis or SEO SpyGlass to get this type of information.

Also, Majestic SEO and ahrefs and seomoz will show you similar...
