Lot of variables here. As always: Did you do testing of the banners, direct linking vs. LPs, split testing the offer etc.? And keep tracking every single thing.

You Can either search for the transactions and export them as excel (.csv) file. This will help you, I believe.

It totally depends on the purpose of what you're trying to sell.

Business to consumer = Facebook
Business to business = Linkedin

In either case, you need to lead with "entertaining" content...

Facebook and Twitter. I think I go back to LinkedIn about once every few months, stay for 5 minutes, get confused, and run as fast as I can.
