I would add some LSI (related keywords) that are based around your primary keyword. Do some research on the top 10 sites for your keyword and see what other main points, topics, or related keywords...

Most blogs will give you the option to ping a variety of services each time you post.. set it to do that and you'll be ok, there's no need to manually submit each time.
