I agree that Google Keyword Tool is really nice. So what I usually do is start there to do quick analysis on an idea I have. Then if it looks good I open Market Samurai to do more detailed research....

You've got a lot of options, I think you should research what traffic type you prefer to start with first. I like PPC, but also do media buys, CPV/PPV, SEO and even email marketing.

Sam, like w3bTools said, you can hit up your AMs at cpa networks to be your referrals. But TV only accepts advertisers from very few certain countries (US, CA, UK etc). Where are you from?
