trying to get into the tool creation niche (software, plugins, apps etc) like those sold here on the forum.

aside from reworking plr would you have any referrals for someone to create these.
haven't had much luck with freelancers etc

    Can I refer myself ? Take a read through the post linked in my signature, gives a fairly detailed overview of who I am and what my situation is. I'm willing to work for cheap right now!

    If I'm not what you're looking for though, there are plenty of talented freelancers on freelancer.com, I would recommend taking your time to find the right person either way though.
