WordPress Question about Seeing Old Files

I moved one of my websites to new hosting, changed dns, and all is good with the new site at the new hosting. Problem is, I need to see the old pages because I think some things are missing. I thought I could just go to 00.00.000.000/~whatever but that's not working. How does one see a wordpress site on an old hosting account once it's been moved?

Details will depend on the host, but you may be able to view it via the ip given when you first signed up with the old host.
This is usually given at signup so you can work on the site before the dns propagates.

Also you could do a mysql dump of the old host, download the files via ftp or sftp, than setup locally to run the old site.

Even with the dns changed, if you have cpanel, phpmyadmin, and root access you still can access the entire old site.

I'm not sure how you moved the old site but you shouldn't have anything missing if it was moved correctly.
