Is there a comparison script/template/ which is similar to GoCompare etc ?

I'm looking for a script or theme or plugin or something like a comparison site which is similar to GoCompare etc ?. Where someone inputs their details and answers a questionnaire type thing to get the best kind of quote. I know GoCompare is quite advanced. It doesn't need to be so advanced as it's not for cars insurance etc.
It needs to be one where someone answers a set of questions to get a bunch of results even it;s its rough.
It also should measure the revenue etc when people click off the site to follow a quote!
