How to replace a website script

Hello friends

I have a job board created with jobberbase opensource project (php), which now seems to be abandoned. This script is old and is not responsive. I want to replace that with preferably a wordpress jobboard theme/plugin. Just wonder how to do it with least SEO impact.

    Basically, this will be a 2 step strategy
    1. Migrate data to Wordpress
    Export the Data in CSV format from Jobberbase
    Then realign the data and import into Wordpress DB

    2. SEO
    Rewrite URls in wordpress to match jobberbase or
    301 forward jobberbase urls to Wordpress urls.

    Anyway, that should be a tedious job. Should require professional help.
