I was wondering if any one out there could take a program for turning video into flash and make it more user freindly and possible better than it is now I don't have much money but would like to find out :confused:

Hi,

Yes, there are couple of softwares to do this task and yes the best ones are not very simple to use. But yes, we can use the software and simplify it for the end user.

Can you provide some more details on what kind of software you want built? Like a web application or a stand alone application?

Either you can find it's utility software on the net but if you don't wish to do it by yourself, then you can hire some freelancers at affordable price using freelancing sites

if you want to use the same tech as used by sites like YouTube, then look at FFMPEG.

You will need a programmer to build an interface for you.

You could look at Drupal + Media Mover as you may find most of the programming has been done already, and it can be adapted for your needs:
