HI,

Does anyone know a way (or software, script) I can put ads (Adsence / CJ) inside posts or banners in PHPBB forum software??

The only one I would recommend without doing it myself would be
phpBB • View topic - Advertisement Management

The author of that mod knows his stuff and phpBB3.

It's easy, just edit the header & footer & postbit templates (if that's where you want them to be) and just add the code there.

  I tried entering the adsense code into end of the overall_header, overall_footer, and viewtopic_body files but nothing shows up.
  
  I'm using the prosilver style on PHPBB 3.0.8. I edit the files using notepad and I upload them using FTP Client FileZilla.
  
  I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but I need help!

You need to purge the cache in the ACP after you make a change to the files.
