Changing the design and wording on a 401.php file

As the title says I would like to change the design and wording on a 401.php authorization denied file and I am lost on how to do that (if it can be done at all).

If anyone knows I'd be very grateful.

    If you have access to your cpanel - you can do it from there - normally near the bottom - advanced - error pages.
