Need script made

I need a script where people can go and join my Florida Lottery club by filling out a form and making a payment. Once they submit their information and payment the script will randomly choose their numbers (the script needs to never repeat the same number combination twice) and give them a copy of all their numbers for the month 4 sets of numbers for 4 tickets per week. 16 tickets and 16 sets of numbers for the month. The ticket numbers will have to be in order by what day and week they will be for so they will know what numbers are being played per day per week. It will also send me by email or record in the admin area so I will know the numbers to record per day per week. It can just list them 1 through 16 with 1 being for the first eligible game of the month and 16 being the last. It can do the same for the customer. What would the cost be for such a script?

    If I were to hire a freelancer to do it, i would be thinking in the region of $500-700 to get that done.
    just be aware that you really need to spoon feed the developers, create a page with instructions for every page that will exist on the website.
    wordpress would be expensive for a job like this, so try not to make that a requirement.

    Agree with DeaFeye ; although this is straight forward [been programming for over 20 years ; ecom programming since 1995] ; legal issues are your main problem.

    You need to carefully investigate this ; that is all I can say here.
