Complicated Joomla Problem?

Hey guys one of our clients email servers have some how have merged into their subdomain and Google is now indexing this.

e.g.smtp.www.website.com
pop.www.website.com

Also it's indexing things like w.website.com

We have tried talking to the hosting company about this to try and give us access to dns, but they refuse and seem to think this is a Joomla issue.

If this is a Joomla issue would anyone know of any solutions?

    That is not a joomla issue. you can tell google not to index those subdomains in the google webmasters toolkit I think....
