Looking for standalone quiz software

Hi.
I am looking for standalone quiz or teaching software.
I will need to be able to edit and add questions, add media, and be able to put on a stick and run a quiz/lesson from a computer without internet access.

    Take a look at "moodle", it can help in teaching plus has a quiz module too.
