Wordpress plugin that shows widget/adsense temporary

Is there any Wordpress plugin that shows my widget or adsense only on a certain time of the day?

Why would I want that? Because I would like to have visitors click on amazon during the day and during the night (for example european visitors) to click on adsense. The amazon links will stay anyway but I do not want to US visitors to flow away through adsense.

    You could do that with Who Sees Ads with a little knowledge of PHP and making use of php's time functions in conjunction with the advanced display rules

    Yeah they are quite long in the tooth and they slow down the page load, but they seem to work ok.
