Need help with this iframe mess...

I have the below mobile phone script on my website, which is an iPhone 4 with a website in it that makes it look like a working iPhone. The website is inside is a real live website. The problem is it is way too big, basically takes up 730 px tall. I'd like it to be more like the size of an actual iPhone and still have it work the way it does. I have messed with it for several hours and have done some research on iframes, with no luck. If you could help that would be great. Email me if you can help.

    A "mobile phone script".. what do you mean? what programming language? Also, do you mean the iPhone frame is too big or the website inside it?
