Looking For A Programmer or Referral to one

***I have been to Elance, Rent a coder, etc.. BUT I am looking for a "referral" from a Warrior as I value that more than a self-written bio on a third party website.

I'm looking for information regarding the programming of a SAS (software as a service) website that would collect peoples keyword ranking information based on the URL's and keywords they enter into their account.

This will be a professional project and much time and energy has already been invested in the design, features and functionality that's needed.
This information will be given to QUALIFIED people that are knowledgeable in this area. (NDA agreement will be provided)

- The API (for lack of a better phrase) would ideally be able to serve 1000+ users with the capability to expand as needed.

- Client area - to manage URL's, keywords etc..
- Full billing backend OR integration into the WHMCS backend system?

I'm looking for an "expert" in this area that can help and or develop this system and give me more insight as to what is actually involved (time/money) wise to get this done.

Hopefully, someone on the Warrior Forum knows the right person OR someone who might know the right person and could point me in their direction.

I appreciate any info or recommendations you might have!

    I am unsure of your project scope, however from your title I think you could modify this script to suite your needs: http://codecanyon.net/item/seo-studi...lution/5127407

    If the functionality you require is in that script, then you would just need to build out the user management and transaction system.

      Those options "could" be integrated into the client accounts at a later date, but the primary function will be as outlined in my reply above
