Hey guys and gals. Need help figuring out what to pay. I usually know how much to get bids for but this is a little different. If you have experience then answer if you just looking for a post count go back and do the normal and ask something stupid like the rest do. Thanks for your help.

I need a coder to fix a script and add a few mods.
The website and theme name is located in the attachment file.
It does not communicate with PayPal. Works in Sandbox but not when sandbox is turned off.
Need PayPal to work completely including escrow feature.
The advertising blocks do not work completely on all pages and we
need them set up to be the size we want and to fit in the advertising space.
We will also need the advertising blocks to be moved to better suit us into better positions.
We don't like where the ads show up now. With the advertising blocks we want to add a rotator we can have in admin to, so we can sell by rotation, it will be like if we want the ad to show 40 percent of the time then like every time someone comes to that page it will show 40 times out of a 100 randomly whatever we set it too.
We are going to have badges we can give to certain users we will supply the graphics wherever there profile is shown in all views, their badges will appear there. We will have badges for sellers and buyers and may have one badge or both badges, there will be three badges per buyer and three per seller. Badges must fit the page and look right for the spot there in.
Also for there profile pic to show up anywhere there name is and a link to there profile somewhere so people can read on them and everything. A way for them to enter more things on there profile.
Also need a system where we can give the badges out by admin and the system will auto generate the badges like For example if a:
Seller/Provider has a feedback of at least 4 out of 5 and has delivered 25 then he would earn the 1st badge
Seller/Provider has a feedback of at least 4 out of 5 and has delivered 50 then he would earn the 2nd badge
Seller/Provider has a feedback of at least 4 out of 5 and has delivered 100 then he would earn the 3rd badge
Same for the Buyer but different badges.
There is a blue bar that is empty on the site. We want to be able to put texts or links
in there or in between the two bars. This maybe a place where we want banner advertising.
Everything on the site must work when finished. I am saying this cause every time I have a coder on this they don't know what they are doing and cause half the stuff not to work properly.
We need this done pretty quick, like two weeks from when you start.
