Coding for IQ test site with payment

Just saw a site that wanted me to pay for the IQ test I just took; I had to pay to see the result. Pretty neat.. Figured it would be cool to make something like it in my language, but I know next to nothing about the coding, how to make it work with payment or anything.

Anyone that can point me in the right direction? Or maybe make the code for me? I'd off course be willing to pay, if it's worth it.

    The best way to do it is to collect all of the information, store it, then trigger it to send to the person via email as soon as the transaction is completed.

    Check out freelancer.com, I'm sure you can find someone who will do this project for a few hundred dollars.

    Or if you want to learn yourself I recommend reading HTML & CSS design and build websites, as well as PHP for Absolute Beginners. Both are decent books. Or you could do it my way and learn everything from websites like w3school, tutsplus, etc for free
