Warriors, Anyone buy from him after getting a reply from me....

I sent him $75 ( 75*50 = Rs.3500 (INR = Indian Rupee))

He told me he will put my clients website here, Online Education Blog which was a PR 8 website, but 2 days after paying him, the website dropped to PR5 and I told him to get me a refund....he didnt refunded any amount till now.
