I am quite curious about future SEO Algorithm ?

What type of Algorithm it will be ?

Will the algorithm detect links only ?

How SEO can be improved and made smarter?

Search engine traffic vs Social media traffic

5 YRS from now what types of steps should SEO's take to be ready for the future?

Will SEO still be attracted towards backlinks ?

Other than search engines, social media is there any other source that can be optimized to gain massive traffic?

What's the future of Mobile SEO?

Does this mean you are going to stop offering SEO services
until you get all this cleared up?

        The future is paid traffic.

The majority of this has boosted the search engines bottom lines tremendously.

They don't want your marketing site ranking for free, they want you to buy ads.

Google is nothing but a spamfest of ads without free content (organic SERPs).

Who knows, it too hard to predict really!

I think it's safe to say that any black hat methods won't be the future.

Search engine algorithms don't change radically - they evolve into a completely different beast over time. So, just live and adapt. Follow my advice and you won't even notice any changes in 5 year's time unless you pay particular attention to the inner workings of the algorithm.

Write for humans, not search engines. This is the most powerful algorithm and will be for the years to come. After this, apply textbook on page and off page SEO.

Google wants user to go to the search engine and find answers so it will value quality content with less keyword density.

Yes its true google is behind Question and Answers that's the reason they might be doing lot of experiments backend. But i do feel technology will evolve, i don't know how much it will be, like 5 yr or 10 yrs but we SEO's have to be prepared. I mean we need to find ways like how to handle the evolving technology.

Whatsapp, Snapchat, Twitter are all fast ways of interaction with users this is the only reason facebook brought Whatsapp. So i feel there will be new things to come in the future. SEO's really need to figure out how to optimize different channels. The cream is the TRAFFIC!

Google wants to favor paid traffic, but its competitors (Bing, Yahoo) will not let it shift. So, Google has to adopt the basic rules of search engines...... and the basic rules say that there should be place for all: poor, rich, talented, less-talented, creative people and so on...
