Working to fix 404 errors & Found Explicit Text after run.php?

I was working to solve a large amount of Soft 404 errors that were found in Google Webmaster tools when I found that the pages that actually gave a 404 response had odd explicit parameters at the end of the URLs It's odd because they are parameters after the run.php file for example /run.php?gosu=/ka22/explicit-text-here
What is this exactly? Look like a hack, but I am not sure how it got there. Any recommendations on solving this?
