Question About Meta Description

Does anybody know how to make these additional sections for your main meta description? For example if you check the picture below, you can see that they main meta title and description is: Ebay: Electronics, Cars...

There are also an additional meta titles and descriptions like Ebay Motors, Ebay Stores and etc.

Anyone know how to add these? Do you need to have some kind of plugin?

P.S I am using Wordpress Woocommerce

    It has nothing to do with the meta description.

    It is really based on the authority of the site whether or not Google decides to show the extra links like that.

    Its only for big sites, when any site gets popularity and people start searching with its brand name, Google give it better visibility so visitors goto right page,

    It can be controlled and managed in Google Webmaster tools which pages you want to display.

      I don't consider this site very big.

      It is based on the search term and the authority of the result. You will often see those sort of links when you search for a specific brand name.
