Hello Everyone,

Hope you all are doing good, Well I am facing a problem from my client side as I am managing SEO Campaigns for all his 6,7 projects.

So basically what my client did he purchased a Domain and started to submitting Articles for those 6 projects repeatedly on that Blog and of course Hyperlinking the Keyword inside every Article

I tried to warn him but he is saying that this is best way to rank keywords bla blaa.! And I know this is danger for all those projects and Blog will become full of Links not Information and Google will not only penalize that Blog but also the Websites.

So I need favor from you guys can you please find the SEO EXPERT Blog which explains all the negativity of doing these kinds of work so I can share those SEO GURU's Blog with them so he can Understand. He prefer Moz is there any Article on Moz covered related to this topic?

Thanks

So if your client thinks he knows SEO why did he hire you?

If the work has already been done, it's too late, and anyway the customer is always right, right? even when they may be wrong.

Ask him to join this forum and request he post a question in the SEO forum here outlining his linking practices, it will be less cosy for him than MOZ, and he might get the message.

Start reading up on recovering a website from spammy links, when your clients sites tank, charge him double to fix it for going against your advice.

So, you are not SEO expert enough?

    6,7? You don't know?

He goes out and buys a domain....so what?

You want him to hire you for THAT domain too?

    You both deserve each other.

I think I saw you two in a little car, going around inside a tent...

Lool the owners always know more than you! I just posted about help to remove a bunch of bad reviews a former employee did. They are in the first page of google and the boss wants them out TODAY. You can show your boss a couple of documents, articles, print them, highlight them, email them. He won't listen he knows more than you, and you just don't know how to do your job (that is how they think).

SEO clients are usually their own worst enemy as far as ranking pages.

The worst SEO clients are the ones that want help from an SEO provider, lead you on & then say they have a web designer that will do the SEO, just give them step-by-step instructions. Like I want to write a damn dummies book. No thanks.

Honestly, I wouldn't worry about it. A bunch of crappy links from just one domain is not likely to cause a problem.

I would also stop working with the client. If they want to do their own SEO, let them.

Such SEO specialists that hire other SEO "gurus"... I am really curious WHY he hired you then when he KNOWS SEO... Pff. I am almost sure it's too late.. But I would advise you to tell him to hire a group of people to check his website's links and to disavow the bad links!

If the client has written quality blogs and is very confident it yields results, why are you at odds with him?
There is a way you can guide him rather than make him feel he is wasting his time. For instance, if the first link on the blog links to a certain page on the blog and subsequent links to the same page, proof to him it is not best SEO practice. If they all link to different pages of his blog and you are telling him they are wrong, when he has just read about anchor texts and links, you must be in for a fight.
