I use tablepress to make tables and comparison charts for my niche sites? Do the words in it count toward the amount of words on your page and do they count for SEO optimization of keywords?

    Words in tables are the same as any other words on your page, so yes, they have potential SEO value. Keep in mind, however, that tables are not considered a good modern design practice. Android phones cannot display tables properly, showing one cell at a time. That means nobody will realize what the headers are as the are scrolling through cells one at a time.
