Adwords Question

I have a campaign going in adwords, but I want to close this account and move the campaign to a new account. How do I do this is the quickest most pain-free way? I just need the details on how to transfer the campaign settings, ads, keywords, etc. over. Thank you!

    Use the Adwords Editor and export the Campaign from the old account then connect using the new account and import the Campaign.

    You will lose all keyword history though and Google will consider it to be new.

    The Editor would be the way to go. But why go to another account? Why not continue using the one you have now?
