in this case you have to gain dofollow backlinks for your website mean dofollow backlinks always should be more than nofollow backlinks for better SEO results.

Work only on Do-follow submission websites rather than working on no-follow websites. This will decrease your no-follow % and give you a good result. Process is little long term but very effective.
    Thanks

nofollow attributes, it does not pass any link juice. So basically do google and focus on do follow backlinks and remove step by site no follow links from your site....

In general, we don't follow them. This means that Google does not transfer PageRank or anchor text across these links. Essentially, using nofollow causes us to drop the target links from our overall graph of the web. However, the target pages may still appear in our index if other sites link to them without using nofollow, or if the URLs are submitted to Google in a Sitemap. Also, it's important to note that other search engines may handle nofollow in slightly different ways.

Work more on the Do-follow links and try to remove the No-follow links. No-follow links does not get any profit to the website.
Do more submission for the do-follow links and submit links to authorized and good profitable sites.

The best practice to reduce no-follow links is by submitting a disavow list of no-follow links in google webmaster tool (search console).

Stop building shitty links. 99% of nofollow links come from shitty link building tactics.

    This place is nuts.

Disavowing links is only telling Google, hey, look at me, I suck at link building and I'm stupid enough to tell you about it.
