Website ranking and traffic problems

I have had my website http://www.innovationleds.co.uk for a long time now. Recently I stopped the paid advertising with Google and since then have seen sales and the general traffic on the website dwindle to a shocking new low.
Please take a look at the website if possible and let me know of anything I could change or where I am going wrong. Any help on how to increase traffic and page ranking again without spending a ton of money would be amazing.

    1) Get quality backlinks
    -forum posting
    -blog commenting
    -social bookmarking
    -image/pdf/ppt/video submission
    -classifieds

    2) Use Social Media by posting, creating events, creating your page on-
    -Facebook

    -Twitter
    -Instagram
    Google+

    3) on-page SEo by updating the content and adding new content.

    This sounds like something you need to look at in analytics. If the majority of your traffic came from paid search then your traffic drop is no big surprise. You might also have problems with site load times or other common issues. Either way, analytics can show you the data.

    You can create more & more Do-follow link. The Do-follow link will increase your page rank & traffic at a time while the No-follow link will increase the manual traffic only. You can use the Social media site, Forum posting, Article Submission, Bookmarking & so on. Thanks for your advance.

    That is the nasty downside to using paid ads to acquire traffic, the instant you stop paying, you can also expect the traffic to stop. It's got nothing to do with anthing you're doing wrong. Perhaps what you can focus on is SEO because that is the only way to naturally rank your site and ensure that you are consistently free traffic from the search engines. If you've got some money to spare then you can hire a really good SEO freelancer on Upwork, and you should see a big difference in a couple months.

    This is no big surprise. If you are paying for traffic and stop the traffic starts slowing down and eventually comes to a halt or really slow go.

    Now you can do SEO but this can be a slow go because of the building process.

    Some are telling you to manipulate SEO but this doesn't work for the long run.

    Algorithms keep changing because people keep trying new manipulation techniques trying to get an unfair edge above everyone else.

    I would forget about SEO and writing to try and please search engines.

    Too many folks already trying to fight that up hill battle.

    Now from what I understand is you were paying for traffic and making sales.

    But maybe you need a product that actually has 'enough' earning potential that can enable you to keep paying for ads and to stay in profit.
