Yelp! How Can I Outrank it?

I've been working on getting some sites up and ranking well for local businesses, but this Yelp! thing is starting to be a big pain in the &*#*.

I'm sure there has to be a better way, other than creating 50,000 backlinks.

Does anyone have any ideas?

      Thanks. I'm using a Wordpress single page site and have installed the All-in-One SEO plugin. I'm also working on other onpage factors.

      This site, and ones like it that I hope to get ranking well, is designed to be sold or "rented" to potential clients.

      But this Yelp! thing looks like its going to be a challenge.
