100's More listings page = lost link juice?

We have a site that lists, for example, hotels in New York.
Let's say we market hotels on 200 streets in new York and there are 2,500 streets in total in New York.
We want to target every street search for hotels in new York by creating a listings page for every street in the city.
So let's say we have a hotel on Smith street and the next street is called 'Avenue X' where we don't have a hotel. We want to write something to the effect of..

'20 nearest Hotels to 'Avenue X'

and then list 20 nearest hotels which includes smith street hotel.
From a spam and dup. basis, I don't believe it's a problem. The page is honest and provides genuine results. Some results will be very similar but i imagine google may just choose not display them.

The issue we are arguing over is lost link juice. There are no links pointing from other sites to these but internal links i'm thinking of. These pages could serve as orphan pages, whereby they link in to main pages, but main pages do not link out to them, but I am confused as to whether these pages would still drain link juice from existing pages/rest of the site.
We would be adding another 2,300 pages and it could make a big difference to our site so would appreciate some help on this.
