How to make URL with ? indexable for google? #SEO

Hello warriors, I have a client and his URL looks like this:
/Details/?property_id=md257_MDMC702252&a

The problem is this page is not indexable by google. What should I do?
Is it because of the ? mark?
How do I fix this?

    Fix the damn permalink on his website.

    Or drop the URL on Twitter, Blogspot, Google Search Console and IT will be indexed.

    It depends on what actually that link is though.

    You can index the url using the webmaster tool , first login to the webmaster tool and you can paste the url after that you have an option called request again if you click that it will automatically submitted for indexing.

    firat you should optimize parmalink, accordig to your title, and make your page relevant to the apperard keywordin url.
    after that you should check the factors which are given below.
    title
    - discription
    - slug
    - plagrisim of content
    - don't overoptimize the page
    - don't use irevent outbound links
    - don't linkyou keyword text with any outbound link
    - compress image and use relevant or one word alt text.
